Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using X AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms with Smart Cities Co. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

X AI provides an AI-assisted workspace for building, documenting, and hosting software projects, including optional desktop components that run on your computer. Features may change as we improve the platform.

3. Accounts & access

You must provide accurate registration information. Admin approval may be required before full access. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Admins may enable MFA.

4. Plans, tokens & billing

Paid plans, project allowances, hosting options, and token limits are described on the Service. Activation may require admin review. Unused tokens typically do not roll over unless we state otherwise in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use X AI to:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Abuse AI, hosting, or token systems
• Resell the Service without our written consent

6. Your content

You retain ownership of code and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having rights to material you submit.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated code and documents may be incorrect or incomplete. You must review outputs before production use. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Cities Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
