Install the native SwiftUI Mac app — own Dock icon, login, projects, Devices, Environment, and workspace. Not a browser wrapper. Local Flutter bridges run on your computer.

Windows: unzip, then run X-AI-Setup-Windows.bat. macOS: always run Install X AI from the disk image. Opening X AI.app directly from the DMG can trigger Apple’s Gatekeeper warning.
